Each department is co-headed by an international and national or Hvar-based expert in their respective fields. All department heads have linkages with respected academic and public institutions in Croatia and globally which will contribute to ensure the quality of programming.
The Executive Board is advised by a national and international advisory board of notable experts in their respective fields.
The Pharos Institute Assembly oversees the work of the Executive Board.
